  • Gayatri Roshan

    CEO, Co-Founder

    Gayatri Roshan brings 20 years of experience working in multiple aspects of ecology and environment across non-profit and for-profit sectors. Specializing in film and communications her work as a producer and director has spanned solutions across a diverse range of topics including; the mass extinction, agriculture, architecture, water and climate.

  • Joris Gunawardena

    CPO, Co-Founder

    In his work as a chef, farmer and technologist he creates environments that bring people together with tangible climate solutions. At Sutton Community Farm he increased yields 97% to make it London’s most productive food-growing operation - supplying 350 households as well as top restaurants. 

  • Kiernan McGuire

    Senior Advisor, Strategy and Operations

    Kiernan has over 20 years of executive experience leading early stage companies and building successful, sustainable enterprises. He has worked in a variety of sectors with category-leading companies, including digital media, education and medical technology. As a CEO, COO and CRO he has directly led go-to-market strategy and delivered commercial lift off for multiple organizations. An experienced fundraiser, he has raised private capital as well as secured significant non-dilutive capital from corporate, foundation and government sources. Experiences advising environmental organizations galvanized his desire to focus his professional work on climate. An avid surfer, Kiernan is regularly in touch with the wonder we steward.

    Alan Leard is a seasoned technology leader sporting a rich background in various executive leadership positions, including Limelight Health and Climate Club as the Chief Technology Officer. Alan's expertise shines in tech leadership, innovation, and strategic advisory roles, coupled with a passion for a greener future.

  • Jesse Waldman

    Director of Marketing and Content

    Jesse's decade of professional experience as a marketer and leader has woven through classrooms and boardrooms, remote villages and community centers, nonprofits and small businesses. After the wildfires of 2020 brought the stakes of climate change to his doorstep, he was galvanized to focus his career on climate tech. In his spare time, he tends to his garden, hikes and forages in the Pacific Northwest, and serves on the board of a nonprofit working to bring a botanical conservatory to Portland.

  • Emmett Anderson

    Product Manager

    Emmett is an Oakland based designer with a background ranging from theater production to organic farming. They love collaborative creative endeavors and digging their hands in the soil with people working toward a sustainable and equitable future.

  • Matt Suhay

    Senior Full Stack Engineer

    Matt is a seasoned software engineer with 14 years of experience, focusing on using technology for positive climate action. Notable achievements include leading a project to enhance access to circular economy information and promoting a zero-waste lifestyle. Outside of work, you can find Matt working in his garden or baking bread in his kitchen.

  • Ari Baban

    Community Manager

    Ari Baban is a Los Angeles native who has worked in tech and startups for his entire career. He is always fascinated by new innovative ideas and solutions — from marketing, acting, traveling, he always finds himself in unfamiliar areas and grasps things quickly. In his spare time, he builds plaster coffee tables and make candles out of used car oil filters. Thinking out of the box and being creative are things he’s always felt from within.

    Operations Coordinator

    Hannah is dedicated to empowering mission-driven organizations from the inside out. Her passion for community engagement and environmental advocacy was ignited during an eight-year period of dedicated volunteer work beginning in her youth. With a solid foundation in small business administration and a drive to achieve tangible outcomes, she contributes a diverse set of skills to our team.

  • Jill Ettinger

    Marketing Specialist

    Jill Ettinger is a leading digital content and brand marketing strategist focused on dynamic storytelling and relationship building. Over the last decade, she has produced more 15,000 articles, videos, and campaigns for leading impact media platforms, brands, and events. In 2024, she was named one of the top 150 women leaders by the Vegan Women Summit.

  • Anna Morgan

    Anna Morgan has over 20 years of international public policy experience with the British Government's Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office. Her areas of focus have included Sustainable Development Goals, health and food systems. She has served in Iraq, Afghanistan and the UK’s Mission to the United Nations. She has led teams to deliver development and humanitarian assistance in many of the world’s most challenging conflicts, including Sierra Leone, the Balkans, Iraq, Afghanistan and Yemen. She is a Fulbright Post graduate scholar and has BA in Modern History at Oxford University and Masters in International Public Policy at the School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University.

  • Kabira Stokes

    Since 2006, Kabira has been working to build an inclusive green economy. She has focused specifically on the intersection between creating planet and family sustaining jobs for people who face systemic barriers to employment, particularly for those coming home from incarceration. For 13 years, Kabira served as a CEO in the fields of electronics and textile recycling. She holds a Master’s degree in public policy from the University of Southern California and a B.A. from Vassar College.

  • Jeff Hamaoui

    Jeff Hamaoui, the co-founder and Chief Education Officer of MEA, is renowned as an empathic facilitator, business innovation veteran, and community builder. With a notable teaching track record at Wharton, Berkeley, and Stanford, Jeff brings to the table a unique blend of expertise in sustainability education. His distinguished background in sustainability consulting has left a lasting impact on renowned brands like IKEA, Nike, and NASA.

    Senior Product Advisor

    Jenn is an accomplished product leader who has worked with renowned consumer-facing brands such as TaskRabbit, BabyCenter, ModCloth, and LEGO. With over 20 years of experience in early-stage and growth-stage companies, Jenn’s expertise spans across e-commerce, marketplaces, healthcare, and subscription services. Jenn is deeply passionate about leveraging technology as a force for positive change and is thrilled to help support Dashboard Earth’s mission in LA & beyond. On weekends, you can find Jenn exploring the scenic Berkeley Hills with her sheepdog, Stella or trying out yet another chocolate chip cookie recipe.

    Rachel Payne is an esteemed technology executive, entrepreneur, investor, inventor, and philanthropist. With a wealth of experience, she currently holds the pivotal role of Managing Director and Head of Innovation and Technology at FullCycle, a prominent private equity fund dedicated to investing in climate solutions. Rachel's extensive board experience includes positions at distinguished organizations like BRAC USA, CREDO Mobile, and KCET. Additionally, she imparts her knowledge as a teacher at U.C. Berkeley and mentors aspiring individuals through Techstars, embodying a rich tapestry of expertise and commitment to climate-centric innovation
