Get up to $1,600 back when you air-seal and insulate

Within the windows

Insulating your home can lower heating and cooling costs by up to 20%.

On top of that, air-sealing (like caulking and weather-stripping) can help save energy and improve air quality by keeping moisture out.

What’s the gist?

  • How to save - A rebate of up to $1,600 just for improving your home’s insulation and sealing energy leaks — and that’s on top of the savings better insulation will yield on monthly utility bills. The rebate for households with moderate incomes covers 50% of these costs.

  • Who qualifies? - Everyone, but your savings will also depend on details such as your income, location and whether you own you home.

  • When is it available? - Not quite yet. Our best guess is that rebates will become available by the end of 2024.
